Craniosacral Therapy in Bristol

Halaya Robb BCST RCST

Registered member of the Cranio Sacral Therapy Association

Welcome! Craniosacral therapy is a relaxing treatment which naturally allows your body to heal and regenerate. I see it as a process of reconnecting, for the body, mind and spirit, with the health that is always present, although sometimes hidden.

I enjoy supporting many people on their healing journey with short and long term illness and trauma, emotional and physical pain, and acute health issues. Some people come for sessions as a resource for health and wellbeing in their busy lives, or to deepen their spiritual development. I also love working with pregnant women and babies, paving the way for a well resourced birthing experience and resolving birth, bonding, breast feeding and wellbeing issues for mothers and babies after. Im currently training to be a doula. (birthing assistant).

Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch to access the very deepest source of our vitality and wellbeing, which flows through the cerebral spinal fluid in the core of our nervous system. In the process of the session our bodies respond by releasing and resolving the constraints to our health, often fixed in our thought patterns, emotions, posture, organs and the fluids and tissues of our bodies.
You remain fully clothed on the massage table. I use my hands placed lightly on your body.I may occasionally use gentle manipulation to listen specifically in a troublesome joint.

Sessions are generally 50 mins, and will sometimes run on a bit longer when necessary. I work from home in Eastville, Bristol.
